Academic Background
Ms. Li is an accomplished violin instructor with an extensive background in music performance and education. Holding a Master’s degree in Music Performance (Violin) from the esteemed the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and a Master’s degree in Music Education from Western University, she is also a certified Kodály teacher, bringing a comprehensive approach to music education.

With 15 years of teaching and performance experience across the UK, Singapore, China, and Canada, Ms. Li has had the privilege of sharing her passion for the violin with students from diverse backgrounds. Her teaching philosophy centers on creating a nurturing and inspiring environment where students can flourish both as musicians and individuals. Recognized for her outstanding contributions to music education and performance, Ms. Li received the Excellent Tutor Prize at the 2022 USA Colorado International Music Competition. In 2021, she was honored with the Outstanding Teacher award at the HK International Youth Performance Arts Festival, and she repeated this achievement in both 2021 and 2022 at the A. Mittag International Music Festival.
